Shadowline Holdings LLC operates Venom Analytics, a sports prop research and analytics platform. Venom Analytics is an informational and educational service. We do not operate a gambling service, accept wagers, or facilitate betting. Our platform is intended for users 18 years of age and older.

We are based in California and take your privacy rights seriously.

What This Page Is About

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when we use advertising and analytics tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics with advertising features, California law considers that "sharing" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. These tools may collect information about your activity on our site (such as pages visited, actions taken, and device identifiers) to help show you relevant ads on other platforms.

Your Right to Opt Out

You can tell us to stop sharing your personal information for advertising purposes at any time. Opting out will not affect your ability to use Venom Analytics, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

How to Opt Out

You have three ways to opt out:

1. Block advertising cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete third party cookies, which stops the advertising pixels described above from tracking your visit.
2. Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We automatically honor GPC signals, so if your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
3. Email us at info@venomanalytics.io with the subject line "CCPA opt-out" and tell us you want to opt out. Include enough information for us to identify you (such as your email address if you have an account), but you do not need an account to opt out.

Authorized Agents

If you want someone else to submit an opt-out request on your behalf (an authorized agent), have them email info@venomanalytics.io. We may ask for proof that they are authorized to act for you.
