Account Deletion

This page explains how to have your data removed from Venom Analytics, the app and website operated by Shadowline Holdings LLC, and what happens when you ask.

Venom does not create an account for you

Venom Analytics has no account system of its own and keeps no user record. Access is a subscription bought and held on Whop, and signing in to the website or the app is handled by Whop. When you sign in we receive your Whop account identifier and your display name, and we use them only to confirm your subscription is active and to show your name in the app. Nothing about you is written to our database.

How to request deletion

To delete the account itself, delete it in Whop, because that is where your account lives. Whop's own account settings and support handle this, and your Venom access ends with it.

To ask us to remove anything held on our side, do either of these:

• Email info@venomanalytics.io with the subject "Delete my data", from the address on your Whop account so we can tell it is you.
• Or submit a request at https://venomanalytics.io/ccpa

We act on requests within the time applicable law requires, and in practice much sooner. You do not need an active subscription to make a request.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Held by Venom: nothing that outlives your session. Your sign-in is a signed cookie stored on your own device. It expires after 24 hours and reaches our servers only for the length of a request. Signing out, deleting the app, or simply waiting a day removes it. There is no user table to remove you from, which is why a deletion request to us has very little to act on.

Kept: ordinary server logs. Our hosting and database providers record request times and IP addresses automatically, for security and reliability. These are held and rotated under those providers' own retention schedules. They are not linked to your name and we do not use them for anything else.

Held by Whop: your account. Your email address, your subscription and your payment history belong to Whop, not to us, so we cannot delete them for you. Whop's privacy notice covers them, and deleting your Whop account is what removes them.
